They were a bit behind schedule but the service was quick once I got in. They found a problem with one of my tires and quickly resolved it. Cost was reasonable.

Making app. very easy. Talking with Service counter very nice. Cost? $30 for rotating tires a little excessive.

Excellent, except that I thought an exterior wash and battery charge were standard. Neither happened.

I am completely satisfied with the work that was done even though the time was a little over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I did hear that they were a little short of personnel that rainy day plus it's better to have a job done right than rush and cause problems. One thing that wasn't part of the work is that shortly after arriving for service I received an email that the dealership was interested in buying my vehicle which I wasn't fond of.

Kendra in sales was very helpful. Made my buying experience one of the best I’ve had. She took the time to answer questions and made sure I was familiar with all functions of my new Tahoe.
