We dropped the vehicle off at night, went out for dinner. The vehicle wasn't done so the mechanic called me. Work was complete. Issue was repaired.

The technician was thorough with the description of what was going to be done with my vehicle and provided me with a courtesy car while the repair was completed in a timely manner. The only MINOR negative was I did not receive and updated mileage sticker after my oil change so I just did the math on my own. GREAT JOB!!!

I brought my truck in with a bad oil leak and they took it right in and found the problem and.replaced the oil cooling line and and serpentine belt. Got the truck back the next day

It was packed. with people needing service. I scheduled my appt. months ago . Thank you for honoring the expired coupon. I was not feeling well and my son was suppose to come with me . Being a very stormy day. I asked Mark for them to look at my exhaust. My son said that it was seperated . I had shown him a video of something leaking . He thought it was oil not. I put a frisbee underneath . It was water. He came out very loud and stated it was an after market pipe. well they knew that and a year ago they did my transmission and had to cut the pipe. and refasten it. I still have two more years on my warranty. At this time we are reordering a new pipe and catalytic converter and having someone else do the job. It wont effect the transmission. I did appreciate they backed the truck in so I could drive out. I have an old injury in my neck and hard to turn. .... Thank-you Maureen Crooker
